Project 2: Persona Building & Empathy Mapping
22/09/20 - 20/10/20 (Week 5 - Week 9)

For this project, we were to come up with four personas as our target audience. Then conduct surveys and interviews based on the four personas, to identify their pain points most importantly.

Project 3: Data Distillation - The 4 Lenses
27/10/20 - 10/11/20 (Week 10 - Week 12)

This project requires us to conduct extensive research while analyzing the obtained information with the 4 lenses in mind.
