Project 1 - Audio Editing Exercises
INSTRUCTIONS
4/9/19 (Week 2)
In our next session of the lecture, Mr. Razif gave us a short lecture about the properties of sound. Then, we were introduced to Adobe Audition where he taught us how to improve audio quality using the parametric equalizer. We were provided with an original track and 6 modified tracks. Our task was to compare and readjust the 6 modified tracks by using the parametric equalizer effect to match the original.

For this week, we learned how to adjust audio based on different situations and atmospheres which was given by Mr. Razif. We were given three scenarios; a telephone, closet, and a stadium. We applied the parametric equalizer, hard limiter and reverb for this exercise. Here are my attempts.

We were asked to go home and create a sound as if it is an announcer at a stadium. We were required to showcase echo, reverb and a sense of space. I added reverb and echo as well as adjusted the quality with parametric equalizer.
