2A : Ideation
2B : Creative Brief
Part A: Ideation You are required to collect 80 symbolic images within a time frame of 4 weeks (20 images per week). It can be made up of places, people, objects and scenarios that represent or symbolize your selected campaign or event. It has to be unique and portrays the subject in every context. Finalize only the MOST relevant images at the end of this process (week 5), include a short descriptive line to every images.
Part B: Positioning You are to articulate the brand strategy by writing a creative brief with art direction included in your proposal. The creative brief consists brand name, tagline, brand story, key message, big idea; moonboards are comprised with color palettes, typography, graphic element, photography & etc (additional of mood boards are encouraged).

We worked on Project 2A and 2B simultaneously. For project 2A, I started brainstorming and to gather relevant images and references for my event.

Doable, Sounds convincing & keep going, shouldn't change much from the original event, maintain the similar treatment but can improve
Week 8
Design stage, stalls, theatre, every touchpoint for every activity, competition etc insta live. Flow is there and branding, art direction is cool. Expected to come up with designs and key art already.

REFLECTION
This project is fun as it allows me to envision how the touchpoints (tickets, poster, merchandise, etc.) will look like in real life. This gives me a sense of reality in the event I'm creating which leads me to the next stage of the project which is the design execution. I also realized that having a research approach and mood boards help in visualization and bring more clarity to the decisions that we make in the execution.
