PROJECT 2

For our exercise, Mr Martin taught us to basics of Adobe Premier Pro such as editing and compiling short clips together into one video. The shots were taken by our previous seniors and it was to recreate a short scene from a movie.
Using last week's progress on the video, we trimmed and overlapped the video. The end goal of this exercise was to trim the whole video from more than a minute to 50 seconds.

Here is my final outcome.

Pre-production 
18/9/19 (Week 4)

For this project, we had to recreate a Thai ad soap advertisement called Ake Demo Reel. We were divided into two groups and were given the 'romantic' theme based on the ad. We discussed and delegated roles among our group members. This is the crew list:

Production 

25/9/19 (Week 5)

For our shooting, we planned to shoot in Taylor's merchandise store from 10.00am - 2.00pm. The location is suitable as it looks similar to the video and it is also conveniently located in campus. 

On the day of shooting. our group had an issue on the day of shooting where the merchandise store opened late and after gathering the materials, we had to wait outside for almost an hour till it opened.

Post-production 

2/10/19 (Week 6 -Week 8)

Mr Martin taught us how to do colour correction with our video and he also taught us to use adjustment layers so it'll be easier for us to have a consistent colour scheme throughout the video.
